Every family has a Mr. Jr, that uncle or beloved elder who tells it like it is. Because a spade is (and will always be) a spade, those who have lived long enough to push the proverbial envelope regarding others' sensitivities have a relationship with the unbridled truth that grows stronger with time.
Not only do they not give a shit about what others think about them, but they also believe purposeful pain precedes meaningful progress, so they say what they need to say, regardless of how unpleasant the message.
Mr. Jr is no exception.
His comedic, albeit brutal honesty, makes him simultaneously intimidating and endearing to those who tune into YouTube channel, JrChronicles.
He is a father figure who has been setting the youthful, clueless and errant straight for the past four years. His most discerning viewers have come to know his rapid-fire impromptu hilarity, often provoked by his daughter, Terri, is but a portion of the man. There's also patience, love, care and concern beneath his seemingly impenetrable surface.
Everyone loves Mr. Jr.
He talks hard but loves harder. He knows fathers fuck but, D.A.D.D.Y's do all deeds diligently yearly. So long as the Lord is willing and life is lasting.

"I get up at 5:30 in the morning to get ready for and work and, sometimes my dad will be up to make sure I have lunch money. He'll try to hand me a ten-dollar bill, and I have to tell him I'm good," Terri said. "It is like I am still his little girl even though I am a grown woman with kids and a grandmother," she added.
And she is not the only recipient of his generosity. "He'll give to anybody in need. That's something people who don't know him will find out if they get to know him," Terri affirms.
However, he is who he is. His feline-like eyes are always prepared to stare down the foolish, quickly opening and closing, and exacting a camera's shutter speed. His truths are stinging but also a balm.
